Spider Silk

I've often marveled at the versatility and impact of Art Therapy, and Art Therapists, that a single practitioner, a single advocate, can knit together a silken, protective cable to guide and cradle a nexus of systematic progress, as an Army of One.

As well, I've often marveled how likeminded advocates scaffold intelligent reticulations that strengthen those in our care, our communities, and ourselves, as a collective Army of "One."

My hope-wish is that you realize exposure and results in your advocacy work, and that your impact, emblematic of spider silk, is five times stronger than steel.  May you work naturally, with measured haste to achieve justice -- sometimes together, sometimes a singular thread.
